Incy Wincy is challenging you to "faux it up." You can do faux leather, marble, stitching, anything you can think of. Incy Wincy is sponsoring this challenge, so the lucky winner will receive a $10 gift voucher to the ATTCC store.
My image is "Chelsea" by Inger Harding. I colored Chelsea using Copics, adding a little stickles and some gold Atyou Spica pen. I used a variety of techniques in this card. I did faux stitching using a white Inkssentials pen. I punched one butterfly and used the Cricut for the other one. I added brown distress stickles and gold stickles to spice them up. I embossed one of the patterned papers with the Cuttlebug "Birds and Swirls" folder to add some more texture. The wide ribbon was discovered in a dollar store. It is just so pretty and adds another dimension and texture. Then, of course, lots of bling to make Chelsea a really special girl.
If you want to buy Chelsea you can find her in the ATTCC store, along with other poses of her. Go ahead and check it out. She is really fun to color!
So please head on over to Incy Wincy and show us your "faux" creations. See you there!
